sense of accomplishment
Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 3:02PM After being at Kids Club and the playground today, Brody fell sound asleep the second I put him in the car. When we pulled into the garage I went to grab him to transfer him to his crib like I usually do. I noticed his nails were long and had tons of dirt underneath them… he has been so difficult when I try to cut his nails now I figured I would try quickly while he was sleeping. I was able to do both hands in what seemed like under two minutes… it just seemed too easy! I almost felt like it was “cheating” he didn’t even flinch! And then I successfully transferred him to his crib for his nap…
It’s funny that since having a child, it is little things like this that give you such a sense of accomplishment!
